Delivery Policy

Under normal circumstances, there is no need to charge shipping fees for goods delivered when shopping on this website. All products are shipped free of charge, but only regular addresses and addresses with elevators can have free shipping. If customers have any questions, they can contact customer service for enquiries.

Remark:

2） Free shipping for one item is based on the fact that there is an elevator and the goods can enter the elevator. If there are stairs and routes, we will negotiate separately.

3） 客戶有責任確保Weasel Home包裝後的傢俬能讓運送人員通過送貨地址的所有樓層例如 : 大門、樓梯、通道及電梯，如貨品因上述原因而未能成功送達及交收，Weasel Home將會收取客戶當日之運輸費，而另行安排之運輸費用將由客人自行負責，而Weasel Home亦不會因上述原因而退還任何費用或退貨。如客戶需要包裝後傢俬的尺寸資訊，請於安排送貨前先聯絡我們索取有關資料，客戶須自行決定包裝後的傢俬能否順利讓運送人員及傢俬通過。

5) 如傢俬須於拆卸包裝後，才能通過送貨地址的所有樓層例如 : 大門、樓梯、通道及電梯，本店將會先行通知客戶，及獲得客戶的同意後，方才進行。而拆卸包裝後於運送過程中，傢俬的任何損毀及刮花將由客戶自行承擔。如客戶未經本店通知，而自行要求運送人員拆卸包裝後進行運送，拆卸包裝後於運送過程中，傢俬的任何損毀及刮花亦將由客戶自行承擔，而本店亦有機會就上述原因衍生的運送成本向顧客收取費用。

6) 如產品送貨已包括安裝服務，因為送貨及安裝為連貫性服務，如顧客需要先收貨，另外安排日子進行安裝，Weasel Home將收取額外費用。

大型傢俱可以享有免費安裝服務，小型傢俱不享有免費安裝服務，但在兩種情況下，小型傢俱可以享有免安裝服務。

情況一:小型傢俱和大型傢俱一起下單購買，可以享有免費安裝服務。

情況二:小型傢俱消費滿4000元，可以享有免費安裝服務。

 

小型傢俱建議客戶可以自行組裝，我們所有的小型傢俱都只需非常簡單的組裝方式，比如：安裝腳。如果在組裝方面實在是有難度，我們可以幫忙聯繫專業安裝或物流師傅上門組裝，此部分是需要支付費用的

Conventional products: 7–30 working days (depending on product and region)

Generally, goods will be shipped 7-30 working days after payment is confirmed (except for customized items). The delivery time will depend on the delivery area, such as remote areas, residential areas and the arrangements of the logistics company. Under normal circumstances, the goods will be delivered to the designated delivery address in 7-30 working days.

In addition, if there is a shortage after placing an order, we will notify you within 7 working days and refund the payment for the out-of-stock product. The money will be refunded to the credit card/bank account/electronic payment within 30 days.

If the delivery cannot be due to the customer's personal reasons, such as: wrong delivery address, the logistics company has failed to contact the customer multiple times, etc., when the goods are returned to Weasel Home, we will contact the customer and arrange a second delivery service, and the customer needs to pay Regarding freight and secondary administrative fees.

Our door-to-door delivery service only covers addresses with direct access to elevators (no slopes) and the goods or pallets (pallets) can enter the elevator. It does not include pushing the goods more than 50 meters or products on the wall.

 

 

If the above conditions are not met, the customer needs to go underground to receive the goods by himself or if necessary, the customer service or delivery staff must be notified in advance to make arrangements. The delivery staff will charge additional service fees to the customer.

 

If any omissions or misreporting are discovered, we reserve the right to charge customers or refuse to deliver the order.

Time: 09:00-20:00

Free storage is provided for 30 days. Overdue items will be charged a daily storage fee of $20.

For village houses or remote places, we will charge a remote surcharge before delivering under special arrangements. Please contact our customer service for details.

If there is a discrepancy between the description and reality, our driver will discuss additional surcharges or路Curbside delivery.

Customers must ensure that product delivery arrangements comply with our company's delivery specifications when placing orders. If there are any false positives or omissions, we reserve the right to charge customers a fee or refuse to deliver the order.

Our store reserves the right to make the final decision on any inspection fees, transportation fees or disassembly fees that need to be charged.
