Return Policy
1) I am not satisfied with the product I purchased, can I return it or exchange it?
Weasel Home does not accept returns or exchanges for all furniture.
Weasel Home will provide customers with free replacement parts/goods or repair services in the following three situations, but does not accept refund applications.
- Sending products that do not match the order
If Weasel Home sends out products that do not match the order, Weasel Home will arrange for a replacement at no extra charge.
- Serious quality problems caused by transportation:
Customers must contact Weasel Home before signing the receipt documents. If Weasel Home confirms that the goods have serious quality problems due to transportation, our store will arrange replacement parts or replacement goods for the customer. If due to the above situation, all parts will be replaced or new goods will be replaced. The cost will be borne by our store.
Once the customer signs the receipt document, the store will have the right not to accept any damage or scratches caused by movement or use.
- Serious quality problems due to manufacturer defects:
Customers have the right to make reasonable requests for replacement or repair of products that have serious quality problems due to manufacturer defects before signing the receipt documents.
Quality problems caused by manufacturer's defects do not include the following situations:
- Differences between goods and displays due to natural characteristics of materials or artificial materials, such as color difference, natural leather grain, natural wood grain, natural texture (including but not limited to slip knots, black lines, color difference, tiger spots, gradients, shadows, etc.) , material natural lines and fabric sofa stitching
- Damage caused by improper installation, use, storage or accident, as well as normal wear and tear
- Goods that customers have installed, disassembled, modified, and moved by themselves
- Damage caused by man-made or unnatural factors will not be accepted. Such as impact, accidental damage, improper bending, scratches, cuts, loss
2) What should I do if I find that the wrong product was delivered or the product has serious quality problems when receiving the goods?
- If the goods are found to have the above problems when receiving the goods, the customer needs to raise it when accepting the furniture goods. Please record the packaging and goods condition with photos first, and send the complete photo record and order number directly to the customer service mailbox within 3 days after receiving the goods. service@weaselhome.com Report product issues.
- After the case is approved within 5-7 working days, we will notify you of the report result via email. If it is confirmed that the status of the goods meets the requirements, the return and exchange process will begin. The entire process will take 14 working days to process (calculated from the time the returned goods arrive at the warehouse).
- The customer or the third party authorized by the customer to receive the goods is responsible for carefully inspecting the furniture goods upon receipt and signing the receipt documents. Once the receipt is signed, the store will not accept any exchange requests from now on. If there are any disputes in the future, our store will not be held responsible.
- If you need to return or exchange goods, please keep the original packaging, accessories, packaging, and the integrity of all accompanying documents or information, and ensure that the goods are complete and unused.
- If an exchange is required, the time required depends on the shipping location and inventory of the product, and Weasel Home will not make any compensation for time delays.

Only one return or exchange application can be made for each order.
No returns or exchanges can be arranged 3 days after the order is received.
Items available for return or exchange
- The goods received do not match the goods ordered or the goods received are damaged
Returns and exchanges are not accepted
A) Customer's personal reasons, such as inappropriate style/size/color and personal incompatibility, etc.
B) Products that have been damaged after being modified and used by the customer
C) Products more than 3 days or more after the receipt date
D) Appearance problems caused by natural defects of the goods, including unique wood grains, changes in wood color, tree holes, scars, dark mineral lines, stripes, small holes, etc., the goods that have been signed for will be replaced. Since furniture is composed of multiple solid boards, there will inevitably be a small amount of color and wood grain differences between the boards, which will not affect the overall structure and strength of the furniture.
E) Goods that have been opened, used or damaged in any way due to personal/artificial reasons cannot be returned or exchanged.
F) If the leather sofa is made of natural cowhide, it is normal to have color difference, insect bite marks, spots and scars. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for this reason.
G) Products with signed receipt documents
3) How long is the maintenance period?
All products sold come with a one-year structural warranty (except display items), and the shelf life is calculated from the day after delivery.
– If repairs are required for display items or products outside the warranty period, our store will charge an inspection fee of HK$300. The repair fee needs to be quoted separately.
4) I want to modify the items on the order / change the delivery arrangements
When payment is completed, the system will automatically send information to the merchant for confirmation and the warehouse will arrange shipment. Therefore, any confirmed orders cannot be canceled or changed. We recommend that you put your favorite items in the shopping cart first, confirm the order and then pay, so that you can enjoy shopping.
Disclaimer
During delivery and receipt, customers must carefully keep and protect other furniture, floors, decorations, walls and property, etc. The company will not be responsible for any damage.
Product designs may vary slightly and there may be minor differences from expected measurements. Pictures are for reference only, colors may vary due to environment, lighting and other factors. Color and size are subject to the actual product.
The customer shall ensure that the goods are not used for purposes for which they are not suitable and shall be responsible for exercising all required skill and care in handling and using the goods. The customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that Weasel Home assumes no obligation or responsibility for any advice or information provided regarding the goods; the company is not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in such information. Customers must bear all relevant risks when accepting goods.
Weasel Home's failure or delay in exercising any right, power or remedy under the Company's Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such or other rights, powers or remedies under these Terms and Conditions.
Weasel Home may update any content related to after-sales or delivery from time to time without prior notice. We recommend that you check the website regularly for delivery-related updates.
In case of any objection, Weasel Home will reserve the right to make the final decision.
Weasel Home reserves the right to interpret and amend the terms and conditions of the listed services.
