9. Accepting orders

The latest status of your order can be checked in . Once the status changes to "Shipment", it means that your order has been accepted and your contract with Weasel Home has been completed.

10. Delivery and Pickup
Weasel Home will try its best to complete the delivery within the estimated time, but cannot guarantee that the goods will be delivered to you within the estimated time. Weasel Home is not responsible for any delays, changes to delivery times or failure to deliver due to reasons beyond our control.
When picking up the goods, you will need to sign a product receipt confirmation. After signing, you begin to take responsibility for the goods. If the consignee or pick-up person is not the original purchaser, it means that you accept the signature of the above-mentioned person as proof of delivery and that Weasel Home has completed your order and accepts the transfer of related responsibilities. 11. Cancellation of order

Weasel Home shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that the goods listed on this website have sufficient stock. 12. Return/Exchange
Weasel Home hopes to provide you with the best online shopping experience, so we have return and exchange arrangements, but you must meet the following prerequisites:
a) Apply to the company for return/replacement via email within 3 days from the date of receipt;
b) Provide details of the items requested to be returned together with valid certificates;

Items available for return or exchange
• The goods received do not match the goods ordered or the goods received are damaged
Returns and exchanges are not accepted
A) Customer's personal reasons, such as inappropriate style/size/color and personal incompatibility, etc.
B) Products that have been damaged after being modified and used by the customer
C) Products more than 3 days or more after the receipt date
D) Appearance problems caused by natural defects of the goods, including unique wood grains, changes in wood color, tree holes, scars, dark mineral lines, stripes, small holes, etc., the goods that have been signed for will be replaced. E) Goods that have been opened, used or damaged in any way due to personal/artificial reasons cannot be returned or exchanged.
F) If the leather sofa is made of natural cowhide, it is normal to have color difference, insect bite marks, spots and scars. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for this reason.
G) Products with signed receipt documents

We will try our best to provide you with new products due to returns, but sometimes we are unable to provide them due to limited supply.
